The Employment Opportunities Center (EOC) specializes in helping businesses to meet their personnel needs through the hiring of dependable and qualified persons with disabilities.


With over 20 year of experience with more than 400 businesses, the EOC offers employers more than just job placement:

  • Pre-Placement Services
    1)
    linkage to a large pool of qualified job candidates eager to work
    2) job analysis which is used by the EOC to identify and refer ideal job candidates
    3) the opportunity to pre-screen job candidates through unpaid job try-outs
    4) organizational analysis and consultation on creating new positions/restructuring for improved cost-effectiveness

  • Placement Services
    1) HR assistance in gathering new employee paperwork
    2) consultation on applying for tax credits
    3) coordination of critical elements for new employee, such as transportation arrangements, procurement of uniform/work clothing, and understanding of job requirements

  • Post-Placement Services
    1) on-site employee training as per the supported employment model
    2) guarantee to "get the job done" while new employee is learning the job
    3) consultation on ADA, job accommodations, and other strategies that often benefit all employees and improve productivity
    4) long term follow-up to ensure employer satisfaction
