Time For Me

For children ages 4 - 12 with a developmental disability.

This unique program costs $15 and includes structured activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, and gym. It also provides parents their own "Time For Me" knowing that their children are having fun in a safe, supervised environment. T.S.S. are welcome to attend! Individuals who wish to come must be registered and can do so by calling 814-878-4117.

Our Staff Includes

• Jennifer Dennehyis a Mercyhurst College graduate with a degree in Psychology. She has been a Family Support Specialist here at the Barber National Institute for over 3 years. She is the supervisor of Time for Me, SibSession, the Kids on the Block program, and Camp Shamrock. She also works part-time through Agency with Choice.

• Kristy Mattson is attending Mercyhurst College pursuing a degree in Biology. She worked as a Recreational Assistant at Camp Shamrock for the past 2 years. Also, she works part time through Agency with Choice as an Aide for SibSession.

• Cassandra Jones is attending Mercyhurst College pursuing a degree in Social Work. She worked as a Recreation Assistant at Camp Shamrock this past year.

• Amanda Pawlowski is attending Penn State Behrend pursuing a degree in Chemistry. She worked as a Recreation Assistant at Camp Shamrock this past year.
